It all began with a young dog handler & Chef who wanted to keep his champion pit-bulls happy. Lengthy hours in the restaurants promoted him to find an ideal solution to pacify the dog's long days in the dog run. He took his culinary talents and carefully smoked some beef soup bones, and at the next dog show his fellow handlers noted a smoky aroma distracting the show ring. A star was born.
